Please note that due to the intimate and sensitive nature of our offerings, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and product integrity reasons.

While NEONAFTER does not accept returns or exchanges, many of the brands we carry offer manufacturer warranties that cover defects or malfunctions.

If your product is not functioning as expected and you believe it may be defective:

  1. Check the brand’s official warranty policy (typically found on their website).

  2. Most warranties require:

    • Proof of purchase

    • Return of the defective item

    • Compliance with specific eligibility guidelines (such as registration or timeframe requirements)

  3. Replacement items are usually shipped directly from the brand and may be the same item or a similar product of equal value.
